Day 19 - to Nauvoo

You do the math: late night the night before, 548 miles on the road: it was a long day. We drove past Chicago and in a lot of rain, but arrived in Nauvoo on a beautiful sunny evening. We set camp and ate dinner and enjoyed a play called "Rendezvous in Old Nauvoo." We got to bed timely, but I had to get up in the middle of the night to chase off a racoon.
