Hoover Dam

Here we are at Hoover Dam during spring break. We were traveling between Las Vegas, NV and Cottonwood, AZ. We really liked seeing the dam and the beginnings of the new bridge they are building there.

After leaving the dam, we took a "shortcut" that lived up to the full reputation of shortcuts: it was a long, lonely dirt road that left us wondering if we were ever going to get there.
